New Koinè Project

Belltron was present at the meeting held on the 20th of November at the Columbus Hotel in Rome organized by IEG whereby all Koiné exhibitors were presented with a new procedure which will be adopted at the exhibition next year.

The Koinè fair has always distinguished itself as being an important meeting point and leader for places of worship, church furnishings and sacred, liturgical and devotional items. It is an important trading point for distinctive manufactured goods made in Italy.

The Italian Exhibition Group (IEG) is the most important exhibition & convention group, a combination between the Rimini and Vicenza fairs, an Italian provider of events. A truly valued venture that is born from the will to promote the promotional and commercial competitiveness of Made in Italy goods. An international business hub serving the evolving and competing companies which market and distribute finished products in the same field, with a positive look towards the future.

For the occasion of the first thirty years of Koinè, the Italian Exhibition Group proposes a strong innovation in the management and organization of one of the most important exhibitions in Italy in the ecclesiastical field. As a result of the constant surveys carried out during the various exhibitions, and with the help of the EU Scientific Committee and the Holy See, it was decided to undertake a more innovative method to further enhance the excellence of the made in Italy products.

The project was presented by Mr. Matteo Marzotto, Vice-President of the Italian Exibition Group S.p.A., Bishop Giancarlo Santi, Chairman of the Scientific Committee Koinè Research and Bishop Valerio Pennasso, Director of Cultural Heritage and Culture Building of the EU.

NEWS:

1)      New organization called HEIRÓS: a high impact yearly territorial salon which will develop according to a different timetable;

 

• KOINÉ: Appointment every two years (in Spring) in Vicenza;

 

• KOINÉ - HEIRÓS: Annual appointment in two different locations to cover the geographical areas that best embrace Italy - Vicenza (in the Spring) and Naples (in the Autumn).

 

 

2)      KOINÉ MAGAZINE: a two monthly magazine in digital format free of charge, where exhibitors can advertise their company and present their case history.

 

The meeting was followed by a classical music concert presided by Master Andrea Griminelli - flute, Amedeo Salvato - piano, Claudia Sasso - soprano, Ivan Ayos Rivas - tenor.

The restaurant, "La Veranda", was the perfect location for dinner where exhibitors and organizers were able to exchange ideas and comments regarding the meeting and talk about the organization behind the coming next fair.

For Belltron, it was a time of convivial corporate presentation that was essential to get closer to the industry's leading figures. A genuinely successful meeting opportunity.
