A Christmas tree plays using a Belltron electronic digital carillon in Rio de Janeiro!

The Belltron electronic digital carillon plays the Christmas tree lights of the largest floating Christmas tree in the world.
In Rio de Janeiro this event is considered for one of the most popular ones in the city after the famous Carnival and Rock and Rio festival. The installation, a carioca symbol of Christmas, was inaugurated on Saturday, November 30 this year and will remain floating in Lake Rodrigo de Freitas until January 1. The Christmas tree is sustained by a mega steel-structure 85 meters high and three million one hundred thousand and light bulbs. The reproduction of the playing lights and music attract tourists from all over the world and enchant the increasingly numerous city's residents visitors.
The Belltron DMC720 device is situated in the control room of the tree along with the electrical system that coordinates the lighting of the light bulbs. The electronic digital carillon is programmed to play some Christmas songs at certain times of the day, in particular it plays “BANCO BRADESCO”, the official motto of the event.
The sound of the bells played by the Belltron electronic digital carillon can reach a distance of up to 2 km, allowing the whole district to be attracted by the magical Christmas melodies.
